About China Lane

China Lane is one of the premier replacement china and fine dinnerware companies in the country. We are known for our ability to locate those difficult to obtain patterns and pieces that are not generally available. We carry a large inventory of fine china and dinnerware in many patterns from hundreds of manufacturers. We sell only quality merchandise in lightly used to new condition.

After more than 30 years as a successful commercial construction business owner, Armand Shank started China Lane in 1996. Along with his wife Lisa, Armand collected fine china for many years.  When his collection grew larger than his space, Armand began selling it in a booth at a local antique shop. His collection and the demand for pieces quickly outgrew his booth space, and are now displayed in a full showroom.

In 1998, Armand decided to offer pieces on-line as well, and created ChinaLane.com. The on-line services on this site include a registration and search feature where you will receive notification on inventory and items specific to your needs.
